Mobility/Positioning

The best way to improve your athletic presence and positioning is to move your joints through full range of motion under load and intensity. Unfortunately repeating that process everyday causes a tremendous amount of scar tissue to accumulate. We will then need to carefully release fascia/scar tissue so we can reposition joints to move fluidly in and around each other. We will provide you with a specific day/classes dedicated to improving your mobility in a class setting where we will be happy to hold you accountable in improving your mobility.
